            Welcome to my blog, welcome to my story. I hope you do not boring to see my blog. The day that my group and I are doing is just giving garnish and plating. Because, yesterday we have prepared before about what we will present tomorrow. So today we are not so busy anymore.

Although not completely completed. However, because yesterday we have completed most of the work we will do today. So for today the work is light and not much. There are some things that we have done yesterday for the menu today like Bika Ambon that has been bake before. So, today we just  give garnish and plating.

In addition, to bubuh inji we've cooked before, until it becomes a mush. So today we cooking sauce only. Today the restaurant opens early so we have to complete this task in a on time And fortunately we managed to get the job done in a on time.

    We also do preparatory today earlier, all materials that can be cut. We cut it first. For the spices we will do tomorrow. And do not forget we cooked / grill beef for use the next day on Thai Beef Salad menu.

            Although our work is done quickly today. However, back home is still a bit late because, today must wait for a class that has not completed the general cleaning.    
For today everything went smoothly for my group. Except for one thing. That is, we got criticism from lecturers about Bika Ambon that should not be given garnish like cerry, whippe cream and orange on it. However, it is presented as it should be. Due to dessert this is a typical Indonesian dessert. Thus, penyejiannya also must be in accordance with the Indonesian model
