On this third day the oriental
rotation menu and my group gets the job of creating Appetizer. In accordance
with what we did yesterday and that we prepared yesterday. Today we stay all
mixed up. As for the food it is Thai beef and spinach salad and peanut butter.
For Entrees THAI BEEF SALAD:
Mix garlic, chiles,
fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl
After that,
add beef that has been grill before. And mix again until settle
And
than, add shallot slice and cucumber (cube). Toss with slice beef.
Finally, we
can give some garnish for make more interesting.
First spinach,
tough ends removed. Blanch ±2 minutes.
For sauce,
combine black vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt in small bowl. Mix wel.
After that add spinach and mix again.
Finally,
give some garnish with peanut and ginger slice with sesame seeds roasted.
A little
telling of today's experience. Today my group runs smoothly. Everything can be
resolved properly and correctly. Fast food in time and preparation for
tomorrow's food menu is well resolved. However, even today there is a little
problem. The chairman of today's class forgot to check the temperature and
condition of one of the chiller as well as the frezer. This certainly makes our
lecturers angry. Finally, the chairman of the class was punished for his
negligence.
for
preparation today, everything is ready. The menu tomorrow is celebes and my
group gets the job of making soup "soup siblings and pallu cella". As
for what we prepare is all the spices of both foods. We blender so tomorrow is
just mixing it all up.
As usual,
before going home. First we have to clean the kitchen (general cleaning). Only
then did we all get home.
