Assalamualaikum
warahmatullahi wabarakatu Good evening gengss .. welcome back in my blog. I
hope you never get bored to read it. This week is the middle of the practice
semester week and today is the day my group has a turn for the practice
exam.
The
menu that we make are europa food. We also prepare everything from appetizer to
dessert. Yesterday we are doing preparation about our food today. So, we no
longer spend much time doing it today and the food is already at 10.00 a.m very
nice. Because today we practice and handle all the parts off the menu.
So,
we divide the tasks which then each is responsible for the task. I'm getting
job to handle desert. And now there are 2 dessert and must to be finished
before 10.00 a.m by my self. So, i do it that. I do it very quickly, as well as
with the help of my two friends. I can to finish it. The dessert menu that I
make is orange truffle.

This
food is made from chocolate. Which one has a soft texture on the inside and a
cruncy in the out side. This chocolate is mixed with liquid orange, giving rise
to a distinctive orange flavor mixed with sweet chocolate flavor. Making these
foods much in demand. The shape is very possible to eat it with one bite. So
very easy to it that.

addition there is a creme brulee. This food is made from milk and eggs mixed
with a little extra cream, sugar and vanilla essence. The taste of this food is
sweet. With the texture is smoth. Nice dessert. Today the parts of dessert are
full succes. With the help of two additional friends from another group. We
managed to get it out on time. With satisfactory results. Nice job. Nice team
