Hello
guyss... welcome back in my story. Today is a first day in this week. Because
today is monday and restaurant doen't open. So, today we just preparation for
tomorrow. I will tell you something. Thats the second time in this semester i
came late. The first when we did ceremony. And after that, we changed our
uniform from uniform teory to uniform practice (cook). Because of that we late
to come in kitchen and my lacture angry and make us absent in list of
attendeends. And today i come late because, yesterday i going to my hometown
because my cousin will be married. So, i came back With my uncle and my aunt. I
was late because, they are is late too came back in makassar. They are very
busy to taking care about my cousin married and some of their business
affairs in pinrang city. so, it made us late back to makassar. and make me
sleep less and finally, a bit late to campus Fortunately we lacture have a
good heart give change and make we come in list absen after lecture give
explain about menus we doing
Today
my group get dessert menu and we share part with my group friend actually
divided but cause some people have a special job today like yuli and ade move
to main course group and roni must cook for personal cooking today and make my
group not balanced with job and me have 3 job like : Honey ice cream, Rice flour dumplings ( katri mandi ) and Orange
truffles.
First i make honey ice cream, i prepare
all ingredients and tools want to use first i mix honey, egg yolks and little
bit sugar until slightly
After that i pour heavy cream vanilla essence and cook until boil
And than pour the liquid in to the egg yolks and honey dough
And than get in ice cream machine and mix until set.
After
that i make rice flour
dumplings this is a traditional food this food are like onde onde, but nothing
have feelings and the ingredients is glutinous rice flour and i mix all dry
ingredients with water and make like balls one by one.
After that i make the sauce i make the sauce from brown sugar and
coconut milk.
And
the last i make orange truffles i mix sugar
and egg yolks until slightly
And than i chop dark chocolate
after that i mix heavy cream and oranges squash and butter melt
and cook until boil.
after that, mix the liquid in to chocolate chopped until melted.
And
than, wait the dough set and make like a ball and pour the chocolate ball with
chocolate melted.
Today
food for all my friends so many and eat so many and cleaning can so faster than
usually. And we go home not to early and today general cleaning just cleaning
not to much area cause many junior get punishment and must genereal cleaning by
self.
