Ingredients :

How
to make :
1. Prep
all tools and ingredients
2. Mix
all ingredients and cook until boil
3. After
boil wait until brandy snaps dough cool, and then it can ber form
4. For

take a little dough put in baking tray make it thin and than to create a circle
shape you can use ring cutter big size
5. And
than bake until brown, wait until a little cold then it can be formed use the
bottom of the glass
6. Glass
is turned upside down, and than put
dough on the top pile with another glass and press in slowly.
7. For Spiral, take
a little dought put in baking tray make it thin and long but not wide.
8. And
than bake until brown, wait until a little cold then it can be formed use a
long and slim with tube shape iron, and than rolled.
9. With
iron as a mold for the result there can be empty space in the middle so its
shape resembles a long tube.

Brule
Ingredients
:
Sugar
Crystal Secukupnya ( For Make Caramel )
Whole
egg 18 pcs
Fresh
milk 1 L
Sugar
Crystal 400 gr
How
to make :
1. Prep
all tools and ingredients you want to use
2. First,
make caramel from sugar crystal, just heat in sauce pan without any mixed
materials. Stir constantly until brown and thick.
3. After
that, insert caramel into container/glass just a little.
4. And
than make liquid, from wholw wgg, sugar crystal and fresh milk. Mix all
ingredients until blended.
5. Next,
insert into to container/glass
6.
Get water Sufficiently in
baking tray ( Au Bain Marie )
7. And
than bake in 200 C
Note : before you putting cream brule in
oven make sure temperature 200 C and let the oven open for 10 minutes. So
that later the result of the cream brule is creamy, good and the top does not
go down as well as the flipper.

Lava
Cake
Ingredients
:
1 Kg Chiffon Vanila
10 pcs whole egg
150 gr egg white
150 ml Water
100 ml oil
Sufficiently chocolate powder
For
Feeling ( Ganache ) :
1 Kg Dark chocolate
1 L cream Elle
1 tsp Butter
How to make feeling Ganache :
1.
First,
chop dark chocolate
2.
After
that, cook cream elle until boil
3.
Next,
after cream elle boil pour in chocolate
chop mix well until blended
4.
The
last get in butter and mix again until mix well.
How
to Make Lava Cake :
1.
Preparation
all and tools you want too use
2.
Mix
( Chiffon Vanilla, Whole egg, White egg and water ) with speed 3 at 10 minutes.
3.
After
that, mix well get in oil and chocolate powder and mix with manual.
4.
After
dought lava cake ready, get in mould and bake
5.
After
a little bit cooked, insert ganache into it by pierching the middle
6.
And
than, cover the hole containing ganache with lava cake batter and bake until
cooked.

2. add Manggo Pure, water, cream elle and milk powder in to sauce pan and than
boil.

boiling add sugar and jelly

than give just a little colouring food (lemon)
5. After
liquid boil pour pudding glass one by one

Ingredients
:
600 gr Flour
1 L water
12 pcs whole egg
250 gr butter
3 tetes Vanilla essens
20 gr sugar crystal
10 gr Salt

Feeling :
350 gr Pastry cream
1 L Fresh Milk
500 gr Whip cream
How
to make :
1. Prep
all tools and ingredients that will be you use

Cook butter, water, sugar and salt mix until settle and cook until
boil
3.
After boil add flour and mix
again until settle
4.
After dough choux boiled, get in mixer dough mix with vanilla essens and egg, but add egg one by one.
5.
After that get in papping bag and
print one by one using papping bag.
6.
Bake 25 minutes and never opened
the oven when you bake it, because can make shape choux deflated.
7.
For fill the feeling, cut into two
parts but do not get disconnect, then fill it by using papping bag.
