This is the
second week of practice. Still with the same rotation menu as last week.
However, this time we work according to what we have never done before. My
group gets the job of making dessert. This name, Bika Ambon and Bubuh Injin.
Before I go on
telling about what I and my group are doing. I will first tell you about an
incident that just happened this morning. So every 17th of our
campus carries out a flag ceremony.
This week we
also flag ceremony using the uniform theory (alma mater). Because this week is
practice. So, after the ceremony we immediately rushed to change clothes cook.
However, me and some friends come late. we
were considered absent for four hours. It really makes me feel down. And make
my next activity, become no longer excited. But I personally make this a lesson
for me and other friends to be more appreciative of time.

As for Dessert
Bika Ambon is a typical food from the terrain. This cake is made from simple
material and is not easy to find such as eggs, flour, etc.
The steps are:

except Bika Ambon, Anyone Bubuh Inji is an Indonesian sweet dessert make from glutinous rice porridge with coconut milk and palm sugar or cannai sugar. As for how to make it first, we soak black glutinous rice for ± 8 hours. After that we boil down a soft texture like porridge.
