Incharger
Today is my first day incharger in second semester. Today is the breakfast menu. Thus, before 07.00 WITA. Must have come in the kitchen to prepare everything needed for today. Because exactly at 09.00 WITA. The restaurant is open so, so as not to miss it prepared all the food that will be issued that morning. Today is american breakfast and continental. The American breakfast is an egg station (scramble egg, omlette, poach egg, boil egg, and fried egg or sunny set up) which is included with sausage, smoke beef, tomato grill and potato. Meanwhile, the continental is a bread-rotian consisting of croisant, danish, twist bread, soft roll, and hard roll with butter condiment and portion jam.

The restaurant is
open at 09.30 am. A little late than usual. Because of the restaurant is
still sementyara set up tools in the restaurant. When the booking process is
not so smooth due to, communication between us in the kitchen and those in the

The slight problem

liquidnya (liquid milk) is slightly reduced. The result, according to the

are various kinds of toppings in between, chocolate, wine, and almonds. After
preparing the food for tomorrow, we do general cleaning again. And at 18.15
WITA. We all rushed home. Today went well. Everything can be solved. They are
also easy to give tau and easy to teach though, there are still some who are
still less heard. But, for the whole team work they are good and compact. And
