Meet again in my blog
story in the third week. This is the first day of practice this week. The menu
we cook is european cuisine. Because, today the restaurant is not open. So, we do is just prepare everything like the ingredients etc. For use the next day.
Today my group is make the main course in line with last week's rotation. That is, we
make soup. So, today we made the main course. The main course menu that we made
are:
* spaghetti bolognaise,
which we prepared today is cooking sause bolognese that will be used tomorrow.
As for how to make sauce
that is, we chop onion, garlic, and celery. Then, saute with a little butter.
After the smell of garlic and onion smells. Then enter the minced meat. Then,
enter the tomato paste. Mix well. After that, enter oregano, celery, and bay
leaf. Finally, enter the seasoning.
* Spaetzle is a European
food with the main ingredient of eggs. However, since the manufacture of these
foods was originally a dough. So we decided to make the dough the next day
* Roast Turkey with
Giblet Gravy, is a european food with turkey main ingredients. Turkey was
cleaned the stomach and removed all the contents of the stomach which is then
in the contents merpoix.
Today we have completed
it until the binding process. So, the next day we do is roated turkey and
making sauce for this food.
* Vegetable Tagliatelle
is a vegetable-based european food. this vegetable in pieces according to
recipe and in saute. So, what we prepared today is to prepare vegetable that
will be in use the next day.
After, we finish the
preparation for tomorrow. We took a break for a while and ate. Then, we do
general cleaning.
I'll tell you a little
about today
Today is one of our
friends birthday. So, we made a simple cake to celebrate. Finally, we are
classmates at cake shop culinary Makassar after returning from practice on
campus.
