Today is the second day of practice in this third week. As for my group today
got the task of doing the main course. In keeping with yesterday's preparation,
we went on and finished it.
As for today
among all my groups. I arrived early. Because, I remember there is a turkey
that will be cooked more awqal (Roasted). So that's what motivated me to come
earlier. Arriving at the campus I immediately set up mirepoix for turkey
complementary material. After that, I was with one of my friends who have come
also directly Roasting turkey. We hope turkeynya can mature on time.

However, fate
says otherwise, somehow today is probably our bad day. Until at 11.00 a.m one
meal among all ready groups. This makes our lecturers angry and of course
directly give us a punisment ie, eat onion 1 pcs to run out. We do not want to
do it. This is the punishment we deserve. Besides, eating onion. We also do
general cleaning twice. Fairly takes a long time. So, we were late to go home.

The Roasted
Turkey today is not issued and served in the restaurant. Due to, did not have
time to cut the turkey is still intact and saucenya was not finished. This is
the biggest failure ever in our group.
This
is our bad day !!!
We will make
this a valuable lesson. Next, today after everything is done. After going
through those stressful moments. We continue our preparation for today. So, for
tomorrow we got the task of making soup. Namely, soto padang and fish vinegar.
For soto
padang we prepared is to prepare all the spices that will be used keesekoan
day.
In addition to
preparing spices. We also cooked the meat and cutting into small pieces. We
also made Potato Patties and finished them up to the second stage of the last
daeri. That is to shape it as you wish. So the next day that we do is live
frying
For the
vinegar we prepared is a fine spice to be used on the soup. And marinate fish
that will be used for tomorrow with spices according to recipe.
