            Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu

Hy gengssss .. see you again, again and again. This my story in weeks three, day three. Today all of the activities we do good. Everything is controlled. because, we all realized or due to the effects of yesterday that we are given a punishment. I do not know what is clear today is going well and good. My group's friends today no one came late this morning. In accordance with yesterday's preparation. Today soup and other condiment we  mix and cook. For example, Potato Patties is just our fried . Because yesterday we have prepared and formed it.

The Fish that will be used on Ikan Cuka menu is only in saute a little to give golden brown color and for the sauce stay in mixed all ingredients and spices that we prepared yesterday and cooked until boil.

 

            For soto padang, we just pour the spice we prepared yesterday into the beef stock and cook until boil. then, the meat stay in add into the soup soup already boil. Because, yesterday we had prepared meat, cooking and cut the meat. For the last touch, we give some garnish for make more interesting.

                     After retoran open, we were set up and after set up we were direct preparation for the menu the next day. The menu for the next day was Celebes menu and we got assigned to make Main Course. As soon as we can praparation so everything can be quickly resolved. For the NASI PUTIH menu. We cook tomorrow. For KONRO BAKAR. We prepare the spices for the good roasted spices for marinate, spices to use as a mixture when cooking konro and peanut seasoning. And we also directly cook the roasted konro. So the next day just grill konro bakar.

For the ACAR. We have done to finished all the praparation. Start from cutting the vegetable until mix the liquid for acar. So, tomorrow we just doing nasi putih and grill the konro bakan. And for sambal tomato. We have finished to until the last steps.

 

                     

            After all of the preparation have done. We was do it to general cleaning and after that go to home for doing our task and homework. Because, to night we must fineshed this task.
