Hello
genggsss... Thank you for coming in to my blog and read my wonderfull story in
kitchen when im practice. Today im not doing like the other my friends. But, im
incharger. Today is a japanase food. There are many kind menu japanase today
start from appetizer until dessert. And because today date 17. So, our
activiti required is did ceremony. Every day when the date is 17 we must did
ceremony. This is a direct command from the government. So, i going to
campus use teory uniform (almamater) and of course dont forget to bring my
practice uniform. Thats so weight. But its okay. Im fine :). I think this
ceremony start from 07.30 a.m so, im enjoyed and come 07.25 a.m. but, when i
came in campus. Oh my god!!!! This ceremony has been to start. I was late. And
waiting in gate until this ceremony end. Then the security guard gave us
permission to enter the campus. After that, i immediately changed clothes
in the mosque. In the morning our beloved leacher provides an explanation
of how to cut salmon to be applied to sushi.
After
that, we did the practice about the menu today's. This menu i ever get during
semester 2 so easily i give an explanation to them while sharpening and
recalling the dishes i've ever cooked before. As for the menu today are :
Okonomiaki
Misoo soup
Sushi
Dorayaki
They
also perform their job according to each section. Me and my friend give some
helping and knowledge about anything i know and have learned.i help as
much as i can. Provide an explanation as i know it. When they asked me as much
as i could to answer it based on what i knew and what i had learned before. The
restaurant today is open to very late because this ceremony. After that, i give
some help to other group who is prepared is about chinesee food.
Specially
for dessert group. I make quite a lot of contributions. Such as giving a
briefing about the make tang zong and tang yuan. After preparation. We did general
cleaning. We are very faster because we need to go home very early. I dont know
why today i feel very tired. Maybe because this job today are very much.
