gengss... today is the third day in this week. In this morning Im bery hurry up
to came in to campus. I think i late. I think my friends has been online. But,
im wrong and im not late. So, because i don't wanna not wasted time i make some
garnish from chocolate for my dessert today. Actually, me and my friends have a
job to handle appetizer (cold kitchen section). But, in pastry team are
understaffed. So, our beloved bos genk make me move to pastry group. So, i help
us to plating and prepared dessert. specially me i handle the honey ice cream.
and for the other job i shared with another my team pastry. I make garnish and
plating this food. So, this is the result.
After finished, i help the other group like appetizer group and main course group to
make them food. Example for the main corse group i help to finished potato gnocchi.
This are very much order from restaurant and their preparation is not good. Because, the
previous group is not make good preparation. So, the main course today was overwhelmed with it. But, its okay. all that we can handle.
After the reataurant is close. We did prepared for tomorrow and than we did
general cleaning, and eat together (anak bangsa). So, funny because suddenly, our
leacher mam lily is came and see us eat in behind the kitchen. She not angry, she just
laught too see us eat like that. Hahahahaha enggoooooo !! :D
After eaTing, we just enjoyed in behind the Ktchen and play some song. Before we go home
dont forget to give our beloved leacher bos genk for the new tittle. CONGRATULATION SIR :*
