Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu

Hi friends ... back again in my story blog. I will told you about all the activities I did during the day in this kitchen. this place is my second home. If the week of practice, automatically most of my time and so many friends in this kitchen. On this first bright day we were greeted with several tasks and responsibilities that must be completed, they are making the sour dough for making bread the next day, preparing the lunck menu for tomorrow's event, preparing bread and filling for sale the next day and selling it we have to reach the purpose set by the boss genk. And prepared for the small cake to be done tomorrow too. Today is well prepared. However, of course if it is not managed properly it will waste a lot of time preparing everything at once.

     We also divide the assignments for each group to have their own duties and responsibilities. My group also got the task of preparing the appetizer. That is dojan naken and for the soup the name is soto banjar. We made this food before in the last semester. A little flashback, Dojan Naken is a food with the main ingredients prawn or shhrimp and squid cooked with red spices and then mixed with roasted coconut. Where as Soto Banjar is a chicken-based soup that has many ingredients such as boiled eggs, glasess noodles, leeks, celery, fried onions and potato dumpling broth but not too clear in the sense of rather cloudy caused by the fine paste. A white fine paste made from onion and garlic.

       After I finish preparing. I also took the time to help complete the preparation of other groups, such as helping to make chesee tarlet and doko-doko cangkuning. Chesee tarlet is one dessert that is often found. Of course it has a distinctive taste that is strong chesee. However, it doesn't make us get bored quickly. The texture is very soft and melts in the mouth when eating it. In addition there is doko-doko cangkuning, is one of the traditional foods made of coconut milk, rice flour, pandan leaf extract by having an enten-enten filling which is a mixture of grated coconut and brown sugar. The shape is also unique, triangular in shape with a wrap of banana leaves. This is one food that tastes very good with a soft, chewy and savory texture.
