Hello
guys, after a month’s holiday. Finally, we back to did our routine is a college
and accidental my class got the first practice in this week. So, for today this
is the second day in our first practice and of course yesterday is a first day
we are practice after holiday. But, because our bos genk is in a good mood and
maybe because this is the beginning. So, him given us a little leeway for to
didn’t our task about blog in the first day.
“welcome
in fifth semester”our lecturer said. yeahh in this semester of course the
challenge will be more difficult and spend a lot of time and effort. But, i
think this will be a memorable practice
time and more exciting than before. At once this time is the last time practice
before we finished our study in this campus. Uhh so sad...
I
tell you a little about the first day. We did just sit in the classroom to
listened to letters from our one of the
best lecturer and kinds of the task and homework which we will do in the
future. After that, we get task to did tarlet. When we did it, all of my
friends are failed. Because, the shape of the tarlet is not good the edge are
still thick and less tidy and some are not qualify in terms of tecture and the
crunch.
So,
we are get some punishment is run around the field until three times. At once
witnessed by the new college student. Andf of course this is very embarassing
for me and for us. Next, in the second day we did tarlet again. But, in this
time are different. Because, we are teached by one of the famous chef “chef
salam”we are teached about how to make a good and perfect tarlet. After he
given us a detail explanation. Finally we are succes to make a good tarlet. While,
some others still have a less one until two groups. But its okay at least the
more true a lot.
While
that, next we make some croisant and teach by bos gengk. With detail and meticulousness we were taught about
how to make a good croisant according to the standard. When we see him
presented about how to make croisant. Yeahh look like it a easy and not
difficult and of course not
complication. Although there are several profing processes. But, its not more complication than
in my imagine. But when we try dto did actually its difficult. Not easy seems
like i look. When you whant to make it. You must did with your heart and
feeling.
The
beginning made the dough look okay and smooth and good, until in the process to
the third profing stage suddenly happened we saw the dough looks like a bit
cracked and broken in the fat. So it makes us somewhat hesitant about the
results dikesokan day when will be burned. Tomorrow is the last process that
is, burning the dough that has been formed to become the actual croisant.
Hopefully the results are fine and good and as specially for my group. So that we are no longer
sentenced to run around the field
