Hello
gengk.. welcome in my blog. thanks for taking the time to read my blog. i hope
you not boring to se and read my story in blog. today is the last day practice
in this week. hufftt.. im so tired. but, still happy. because, i very like when
we practice week and im very happy when im cook, when im doing some food. i
like I like to pour my creations into cooking when it's in the cooking process
and when I give garnish to food. so, im very happy and Tired of course.
Today
our group was changed and my group got a butcher section. because, today is
nothing preparation. so, the butcher section split up to help other groups or
sections. im give some help in to pastry section again. i help make some
garnish, plating, and resolve the existing deficiencies in dessert like give
cream cheese in the out side of the cake until to cover it and etc.
Besides,
I also help them to make garnish honey ice cream. initially, we intend to make a garnish made
of chocolate with what kind of shape I made yesterday. however, I think you
should replace it so there is something different from before. finally, we
decided to make a chocolate garnish with 3D spiral shape. I also gave them an
example and told them to do it themselves. however, because of their distress.
I also sparked the idea to make garnish from sugar. that is, make a caramel
that is shaped like a half circle.
After
that, because i was a butcher section. So, i becomes a taking order with my
partner Abang immang. Become to be a taking order is not easy. Not too
difficult too. but, we must be careful and careful in looking at the order menu
and mention orders and write orders on the order board. fortunately today there
is no mistake and goes well. After restaurant is close, we did generally
celaning and than go home.
