Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu.........
Hyy guys.. welcome in my blog story in the second days practice. Today
i feel very tired and maybe not just me like that . my friends have same
feelings like me. Maybe because of the long holiday. So, my body feels very
tired like this. Yeah.. maybe i need more time to adaptation three until four
days to re-adjust to this situation. In this morning i wake up late. Maybe,
because im a bit tired. But im not late to go to campus. When im in the kitchen
we are in the classroom to listened some explanation from our lecturer. And than,
we continue our activities ia a presentation about some ingredients and for
today the one gets the turn is mr. Roni amir. So, lucky.
After that, we continue our
activities ia a showing about how to make a good puff pastry from bos genk. With
very carefully he explains about the process how to make a good puff pastry
from start untuk finished. Nut, for practice not today, but, tomorrow bos gengk
said. Because, today we will continue to did tarlet and croissant which yesterday
unresolved.
After boss geng finished the explanation how make puff pastry. Next,
we continue to did feeling pie. Each group get a different recipe for feeling
pie. So, my group gets task to did feeling pie the main ingredient are manggo. So,
for thr first step we make a pure from manggo. And than, mix with all
ingredients like sugar, salt, corn strach, and gelatine. Cook untuk boil. After
boil add butter and than stirr until butter melted and mix well in the manggo
pure.
Next, wait until warm and pour in to tarlet. After that, put the
tart in the frezeer for make the feeling tart frozen so, we can given some
manggo slice in tho top of tarlet with easy. And than for finally touch we add
some cherry red for garnish in this manggo tart for make more look good and
interesting. Dont forget to brushing gelatine which has been heated first for
make shinee.

Besides the manggo tart we are made there are also manggo tart
made by another groups like lemon/orange tart, apple pie, and chesee cake.

While make the tart. We dont forget to always see our croissant
which still needs to be given egg wash and profing for a few hours later. After
ih the last step from croissant we also bake it. While that we are eat. For the
result is not good but not very bad i think. But, for today our bos gengk given
us appologize. And for tomorrow we must make a perfect croissant if not good we
get punishment again.
The last activities is one of the alumni in poltekpar specially in
culinary art departement took time to be present with us to teel about his
experience and like his grief when she work in cruise ship. What i admire is that she is a woman and
works in the kitchen section. Amazinggggggggg... we are inspired. Thank you
