Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu ....

       Hi friends today is the third day in the third week. Beautiful numbers but not as beautiful as today. There is a big tragedy. The first time we experienced during life at the tourism polytechnic of Makassar. Before I talked about things that were everywhere, I wondered about the story of me and friends who were talking to us before they happened.

       In the morning I came in the early morning. Because, considering there is a selling that we will prepare. The task that we are going to work on today is: bringing out two kinds of bread from sourdough, making and decorating small cakes, and selling pizza from the products all the time we practice. We also divide the task of the group to handle today's work. there are three people in each group. One of them is me. And both of my group friends have special assignments from the boss genk. This task is a very important task and of course very useful for all of us for one class. so, they are cannot participate in helping the task process today fully. However, while you are still working on the task while carrying bread for today. I accept the task of making and decorating small cakes.

       I also made a cake with basic chiffon cake. That is chiffon chocolate cake with mouse contents consisting of three types, there is the first layer is chocolate, the second layer is white chocolate but, by giving a taste of cappuccino the color changes to chocolate and chocolate white cake. So, there are three layers of mouse which are the contents of the cake that I made.

       However, our task isn’t finished yet. Suddenly there was a big tragedy and it made us shock, sad, and scared. Our boss genk is angry because many factors have happened today. There are so many causes of the  big tragedy. The first is because, the bread that was ordered to make it there were several groups that did not work and some even did not do it at all. The second, because our factors are too wasteful in using materials. The third, sales that should run today. It doesn't work at all because, each of us serves everyone. This can all be written well and regularly if there is a clear part of the task to be done from there. So, things don't happen like each other etc.

       So, we was going home very earlier than usually and the boss genk was very, very angry at us all. we were told to get rid of everything we made today. without leaving it at all. With a very sadness we throw that everything we made today. It's really very unfortunate. But that his will. We must obey and obey it. And than We immediately clean the work area. And wash all dishes. After that, we went back and discussed the things that needed to be done to solve all this.
