Hello guysss... see again in my blog
story at second day in this week. Today we not croissant again. But. We focus
to make cake. Other than that. Because today our pastry room will be renovation
today so, for in this morning, nothing presentation. Just for today. I help
chef salam to prepared the ingredients cake for showing in front of us.
Today my group get job to make
cremex cake. This cake seems like sponge cake. When sugar, emusionfire, and egg
will be mix first untuk the colour like white and the texture stuff. And than
add flour and pour melted butter mix again with slowly until well. So that the
dough doesn’t break. So it is recommended to stirwith manual with use rubber
spatula.
Other than that, we got task to given
some garnish in our cake that has been make yesterday. Me and myteam work
discuss about the garnish that we will use on the cake. Actually, the result
are not so neat and i think there are some that need to be fixed and added. But,
if i did it myself so the result are not like this. Im not arrogant. But because
this is group task so, we must did together not just my self. I also gave them
the opportunity to work on and pour their ideas into giving the garnish to the
cake. So the result is.. tetttewwwww not bad. Im proud of my group for their
spirit to always studied always compact and helping each other and
understanding.
And than,on the sidelines of the
making and giving of cake suddenly, by accidentally my friends given to me some
a little and late supraise and i know that. But it just for fun. But still make
me happy and be grateful. Im veryy happy have people around me like they are. Love
