guys ... this is the last day of practice this week. Actually there are not so
many things that I can tell today. The work I did was not very complicated.
Although there are many but not many kinds. Yeah ... I may come to the kitchen
early with my friend, opi. For the sake of completing our mission. That is,
cake orders are very much today. And of course we will share the results
together. Arriving at my kitchen and opi, I made a roll cake and fudgy brownies
order today. We also divide the task properly so that this cake can be
finished.
In
addition, on the other hand there are several things that must also be
completed. That is prepared for nasi tumpeng which will be held next Tuesday
for the anniversary of this beloved campus TOURISM POLIYTECHIC OF MAKASSAR. I
actually did not help much in the completion of this nasi tumpeng prepared. I
help as much as I can. While waiting for the cake to ready. I help cut and
replace the ingredients that will be used as a spice later. actually, I'm not
so much help because, the cake order is piled up and must be finished today.
This
time I will tell you about the roll cake and fudgy brownies that my partner and
me make it. For fudgy brownies, there are generally brownies, the main
ingredients are chocolate, but the difference is the texture and the use of
ingredients. Fudgy brownies have textures that crunch on the outside and soft
on the inside.
For
the roll cake we made there were 4 flavors. They are, strawberry, blackforest,
green tea and red velvet. The toppings are given according to the taste
ordered. For filling we also adjust according to the taste ordered. However,
still use basic whipping cream mixed with white ganache. As for some additional
flavors according to consumer demand such as cheese, vanilla and panda flavors.
After finished making the cake, we also deliver the cake and of course will be
charged additional fees.
