Hello
friends ... this is the second day of practice this week. Actually, this is the
third practice day. However, because yesterday there was a public holiday. So,
we are holiday. Today I came earlier than usual. The main thing I will did is
make some order cakes. me and my friend opi must immediately finish the cake
order today as soon as possible before the day's assignments and
responsibilities are announced and will be done soon and will make the work
accumulate more and more and more busy. Wow (waste of the words
"and"). Me and my friend, as soon as possible, finish preparing the
order cake and not long after that, the boss genk comes and gives us each assignment
in each group.
Today
there are three kinds of cakes, strawberry lovers, alhambra cake, and
dacgyuoise. I will explain each of the cakes. The first, strrawberry lovers is
a cake with strawberry base material with a base sponge cake that is pink. Then
above it is given liquid made from fresh milk, white chocolate, cream and
gelatine. Almost like a mouse but not a mouse. And on the edge of the cake were
given strawberry slice and at the top of the cake were given small pieces of
strawberry and previously cooked with sugar.
The
alhambra cake is a chocolate based cake or the main ingredients is chococlate.
Almost similar to shacherrorte. However, of course it's different. If the
shacherrorte uses a glaze to cover all the surface of the cake. Meanwhile, for
alhambra cake does not use glaze. However, still use chocolate to cover the
entire surface of the cake (chocolate coating).
And
for dacgyuoise, I think this cake is unique. The main constituent material in
this layer / layer cake is a cookie. But for other layers which consist of
sponges and hazelnut butter cream. For base, the cookies are then given cream
which is hazelnut butter cream. Then, sponge and cream again. Then cookies and
so on until the top layer is cookies.
Today
is pretty tired. There is a lot of work especially for me and opi maybe. The
first one I have to complete is cake for today. While my two friends could not
fully help me make a cake. Firman is doing personal products while made. The
product is also for sale. Even though they are still helped finish the cake.
Besides that, I was told to make choux by the chef salam. But because the
recipe has too much butter.
So
that, choux can't expand properly. I have recipe choux when a trainee is at a
hotel but, there is a laptop. Besides that, me and Opi also had to complete
cake orders for today as well as deliver to consumers. however, of course
shipping costs are charged. Plus, there were some of my friends who lacked care
with other friends. I have made cream for our roll cake filling twice. In fact,
it is used by other groups to become their filling cake. Their reasoning was
when asked "I think this is the rest", "I think this is not
used". That really tested my patience for today. However, I also made it
back and finished the cake and drove it to consumers.
There
are so many stories today guyss ... I feel so tired. somehow. I do not complain
just confide. Even so, I still feel like enjoying everything. I believe all of
this will greatly benefit me in the future. Thank you so much.
