friends ... welcome back in the story of my blog that is the umpteenth time.
Hopefully my loyal readers, especially the boss genk, who patiently check all
of our blogs for not stopping by and reading this story. Today is the second
day in the third week of practice. This morning we were came in early morning.
To prepare everything that will be sold this morning. Sales targets have also
been set beforehand. So, of course we have to reach the target. I was in the
sales department too. Even though today's products we sell are all sold out.
However, to get a buyer is very difficult. Much we offer to passersby. However,
many people refused. It's hard to sell in the morning. Many of those who
refused were even reluctant to be offered. However, our products are still sold
out.
After
selling, we immediately returned to the kitchen to continue their respective
duties. As for what I did, continued the prepared yesterday which is about Soto
Banjar and Dojan Naken. For soto banjar, I prepared some condiments such as
fried onions, celery, leeks and potato dumpling. After that, make sure the
potato dumpling are fried and water for heated soup. After that, one of my
friends and I made chilli sauce for soto banjar. Actually yesterday the sauce
was made. However, there was an error due to the chili sauce made and it was
not in accordance with what was intended. So, we re-made the sauce which was
only made from tomatoes, bird chilli, shallots and garlic which were blended
together later, in saute and for dojan naken prepared by the other group
members.

After finishing our food, we immediately set up at the directorate. And then, I continued to be prepared for the next day. Before that, I gave a little help to my group friends who were making bread. After that, I also made chocolate chiffon cake that will be used for tomorrow as a small cake. Actually, today I will also make a mouse cake as a complement or filling from the chiffon cake that I made. However, no gelatine powder. So, I also have to discourage that. After the cake was finished I clean it my working area and we ate together and did general cleaning.
