Final Exam

Hello
guys, this time I told you about how me and my group made preparations for this
final pastry table. Starting from discussing about the concepts and themes that
we should make. About all division of tasks in detail and in detail about
everything related to this pastry table.
The
theme we will make is "THE JUNGLE. So, all the cake and bread must have
the jungle element and of course the attributes and complementary accecories
must also be connected with the theme created. For example, one of our menus is
a cupcake. Well, this cupcake of course must be decorated in such a way and
provide jungle elements . As for our menu list which consists of 10% bread,
either steam or bake, 20% by our or you could say the results of our creativity
and innovation, 30% traditional cakes, and 40% is chocolate. The list of cakes
we made are:

7. Kue ku (traditional cake)

That's
the list of cake names we made for the final pastry table. Next story, I will
share the process as long as we prepare. Actually, I personally am rather lazy
to write this long, wide story. But, since I think that one day I will forget
the details of the story and my own writing, I can re-read it to just remember
and recall the story and the period in detail. So, the promise to come to be
prepared today is no more than 9:00 am o’clock. However, in fact only me and a
few friends came because there were still certain obstacles. So, we were
working directly on the cake little by little. Meanwhile, I and indra first
went to the cake ingredients store like Vi & Vi, Agung Stores etc. To
complete the materials and accecories to be used.
After
finishing wandering from store to store when we came on campus. I immediately
worked on the cake according to the division of tasks that had been agreed. The
first thing I did was to make an opera cake. Then proceed with making other
cakes. Time after time goes on in the afternoon the atmosphere is even more
intense. We all starved and took the initiative to buy some food. So, we bought
meatballs. No time for cook our eat. So we buy this food. But it turns out
fortune is not where. Suddenly this beloved boss genk came and gave us money to
buy food. We were treated cuyyy ...: D thank God the fortune of the good child.
We
all ate in the lobby. Boss genk also eat the same food as we eat. After further
preparation, prepare for this pastry table. Finally, we were finished right at
2:30 a.m. This is really a struggle that does not know the limits of tiredness
hahahha.
In
the morning we come too around at 0.7.00
p.m. Actually our expectations come at dawn. But, because of tired, the arrival
of the clock was that much. It's just maximal: D immediately we heat all the
foods that are required to be heated either by steam or bake. So that the cake
can also be fresh again. Although not as fresh as when made last night.
We
presentations about pastry tables at the immigration office at class I
MAKASSAR. The location of this office is located far from the campus. However,
even so this is not a barrier for us to give the best. Even though on the road
we were hampered because there was a swipping process from the police officers
and took a long time for us to be free again and continue the journey.
Arriving
at the immigration office we immediately set up. Then a word from our director
and the head of the office. Then, we explain what The name of this cake, what
we make it and what it is made of. Alhamdulillah, we have received a positive response
from many guests. We got a lot of good comments. In addition there are also
inputs that can be realized to be even better. No body is perfect. But, we are
grateful that today is going well. The guests who ate our cakes also gave a
picture on his face that they were happy when eating our cakes. Thats the
goal’s for the chef. When they are made some food, and when people eat these foods
people are feeling happy.
Thank
you very much for the final team of my practice this time. Continued success
and grouping, caring and understanding this hopefully will always be maintained
not only in practice but in all things time, place and situation. Who already
feels very tired. However, it still forced itself to work on this project. For
good and satisfying results. Thank you very much. Thank you for the time and
energy that was drained a lot. This is my last practice for the learning
process in this campus kitchen and I am so happy to work with all of you.
